About the Show:
The show began in 1980 as an event to showcase antiques and collectibles of area antique dealers. Since then, it has grown to encompass vendors from all over the Southeast United States.
The average number of vendors is between 25 and 35 on any given show date. The show focuses on quality antiques and collectible items.
The promoter Douglas Robertson has recently acquired St. Simons Antique Show. We have been involved in all aspects of the antiquing industry. He currently has 20 years experience in antique estate liquidation and auctioning services. The shows highlight a variety of household items both rare and unique to one of a kind antiques. Joe Burkhart, the founder of St. Simons Antique Show, felt this area of Southeast Georgia needed representation in the antiques and collectibles sales field. When the opportunity arose to create an event, the result was this show.
