Stroll down the St. Simons Pier
The St. Simons Island Pier is located at the Island’s north end, overlooking St. Simons Sound. It sits at the end of Mallery Street, in the Village area. Outdoor lighting lines the full length of the pier, so it’s a great location for an evening stroll after dinner. North Atlantic Right Whales visit the Sound annually, usually between December and March, as they migrate from the north. Other months of the year you can spot dolphin feeding along the coast and an occasional cargo ship.
