It includes a convenient staging area and kitchen, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

4. Village Creek Landing
Nestled on a private peninsula, this space offers the most breathtaking views on St. Simons Island. With white walls, wooden floors and beams, and understated furnishings, it’s the perfect canvas—whether you’re planning an elegant seated dinner or a relaxed, casual island gathering. Village Creek Landing offers event rates based on the number of guests, the day of the week, and whether it’s high or low season.
- Furniture options: Ten 60” round tables, eight 6’ rectangular tables, and 100 chairs. Set them up indoors, outdoors on the deck, or a combination of both.
- Flexibility: You’re welcome to use our tables and chairs or rent your own.
- Decor/Linens: Village Creek Landing can provide lanterns, glass vases, oyster shells, and a few other decor items for your use, but you are welcome to bring in your own decor, which can be a money saver. Table linens are not included. This allows you to shop around for services that meet your budget.
- Food & Beverage: Village Creek Landing offers a list of approved caterers for you to choose from, or you’re welcome to supply your own food. However, all alcohol must be purchased directly through Village Creek Landing, as Glynn County ordinances prohibit bringing your own.
