Come out to Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation for Ophelia’s Classic Car Challenge, Saturday, October 21 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Classic cars from all over southeast Georgia will be on hand all day vying for the championship in the 11th annual car show. Come and view the cars, vote for your favorite and then tour a historic rice plantation. Presented by Friends of Hofwyl and Classic Coastal Cruisers automobile club. Your admission includes a guided tour of the 19th century home and non-guided tours of the plantation out-buildings and trails. An audio-visual presentation on rice cultivation and a museum at the visitor center are also included. Admission: $8.75 for adults, $6.5 for seniors, $5.50 for youth, $20 to enter your car.
